I am a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of dedicated experience across varied mental health and psychological services. My clinical practice is deeply rooted in the belief that a safe, open, and compassionate environment is the absolute key to therapeutic success. I value a collaborative, systemic approach. This means I don’t just look at an individual in isolation—I look at the whole picture. I work closely with families and actively advocate for my clients' needs with other professionals to ensure well-rounded, multifaceted support.

While I take my clinical practice seriously, I believe that bringing my authentic, human self to my work is just as important.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me out on an adventure—whether that’s skydiving, visiting theme parks, or testing my luck in immersive zombie experiences!

For quieter days, I am an avid fantasy reader and love spending time with my own little sidekick: a delightfully anxious Dachshund who reminds me every day about the beauty of patience, quirks, and unconditional support.
